Vintage and New ~ Native American & Western Arts and Apparel...and The Unusual!
Come and visit our new location at the ANTIQUE SOCIETY in beautiful Sebastopol, California. Due to the COVID-19 we had to re-think our business model, make some adjustments and look to the future with hope. We now have a space in a very cool antique collective with over 120 dealers! You will recognize our space if you have visited our store in Sonoma. (Thank you loyal customers and friends for your support!) It is a smaller, condensed version of our store with the same high quality Southwestern goods that we love to offer you. (Check out our picture gallery below!) LONESOME COWBOY RANCH features Native American Indian arts (old pawn jewelry, pottery, kachinas), vintage Mexican Taxco Sterling silver jewelry, hand loomed rugs, Antiques, Western leathers and apparel, custom shaped cowboy hats and an ever changing selection of vintage cowboy boots.
Come see us! Stop by on your way to savoring the delights of Sonoma's wine country and the Northern California coast.

'Pineolos', literally Hawaiian cowboys, and our passion for these beautiful colors and graphics, we love them! Since out location changed, we will only be able to offer them on our online store which is at present under construction. Thanks for your understanding!
Hey, we don't only do Southwestern! We're happy to offer you vintage Hawaiian Aloha shirts, all styles of leathers, ethnic and fine arts, antiques, masks, kitch jewelry, Converse shoes and accessories. Again, these will be online as soon as possible
What's in a hat? Back in the old days your hat was part of who you were---graceful and grand, rakish and sassy, raggedy, dashing or daring, depending on how you saw the world. A hat extends one’s individual beauty, frames the face and crowns the head. It’s your thinking cap, your umbrella...your companion. Pull it down over your face and have a snooze! All in all, your hat says a lot about who you are. The one on the left is modeled after Kevin Costner's hat in the film 'Open Range'
Where can you find a great looking hat ~ one with style and character”? Well, having been long disappointed with what we found available in the western stores, we decided to shape & design our own! (We also have re-shaped hats that aren't distressed.) We just love 'em and we can't keep them in the store...they keep finding just the right person to walk out the door with!
We try our best to match the hat with the head. Each hat we design is completely one of a kind ~ like people. Contact us if you have a hat that fits you, but could use a little “character adjustment”. We aim to please and have fun doing it! Join us in bringing back the age old custom of hat wearing that has long been the icon of true American culture.
The years of experience in what we sell, a unique hat, the smell of leather, a surprising treasure, a welcome smile and a sincere 'thank you and God bless' as we say farewell. Happy trails folks...
1) To search out and offer up high quality and unusual vintage and new items, in a trading post style environment reminecent of days gone by.
2) Personal attention to our customers and their needs (an element rather lacking in today's shopping experience.)
3) Having our customers leave with a smile on their faces!
